By accessing or using the Sin City Drips LLC ("Sin City Drips," "we," "us," or "our") website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Overview

Sin City Drips provides mobile IV hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, intramuscular injections, and related wellness services. All treatments are administered by licensed healthcare professionals. Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older.

Service Area

Our mobile IV therapy services are currently available in the following areas:

  • Las Vegas, NV
  • Henderson, NV
  • North Las Vegas, NV
  • Boulder City, NV

Service availability may vary based on provider schedules, distance, and time of request. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our standard service area or during periods of high demand.

Booking and Scheduling

Appointments are booked through our third-party booking platform, Hydreight. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, contact details, and service location. You also agree to Hydreight's terms and conditions as they apply to the booking process.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are managed through our booking platform, Hydreight. Please refer to the cancellation terms presented during the booking process. In general:

  • Cancellations made with adequate advance notice (as specified during booking) will receive a full refund.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Payment Terms

All payments for services are processed through our booking platform, Hydreight. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept the payment methods made available through the Hydreight platform. Prices for services are listed on our website and booking platform and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes or travel fees will be disclosed at the time of booking.

Professional Credentials

All Sin City Drips providers are licensed healthcare professionals, including registered nurses (RNs) and other qualified medical personnel. Our providers maintain current, valid licenses in the state of Nevada and operate under the supervision of a licensed medical director. We verify credentials and ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal healthcare regulations.

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health information, including current medications, allergies, and medical conditions.
  • Inform your provider of any changes to your health status before treatment.
  • Provide a safe, clean, and accessible location for treatment.
  • Be present and available at the scheduled appointment time.
  • Follow any pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by your healthcare provider.

While our licensed providers take every precaution to ensure safe treatment, you acknowledge that IV therapy and injections carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, soreness at the injection site, infection, and allergic reactions. By using our services, you accept these risks.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sin City Drips LLC, its owners, employees, and providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms of Service.
